Currently in his sophomore year of high school, 14-year-old Shiogo Allen (he/him) has been a dedicated writer and prized member of our journalism staff since 2021. With the little memory that his long-term memory loss can muster, he recalls his birth and childhood being in the city of Los Angeles and nothing more.

Sometime between now and then, Shiogo has discovered his passion for mathematics and hatred for children. On Thursday afternoons, you can often find Shiogo in bustling classrooms working hard as an indispensable member of the robotics club. Outside of school, Shiogo spends his free time dodging babies and toddlers alike, who he validly claims seem to have no empathy as premature tiny humans. 

In the coming future, Shiogo can envision himself anywhere but Los Angeles, and despite his general dislike of people, living somewhere still in proximity to the tall cities. Not particularly optimistic, nor pessimistic, Shiogo plans to follow the wind wherever it takes him with a fluffy companion to join him.
