Joleen Cardoza (she/her) is found from the influence of sports, art, her older sister, and Starfire from Teen Titans during her youth. She vividly recalls being left to her own eccentricity and her bubbly personality at Delevan Drive Elementary. There, she confided in the comfort of her friends and expression through art and writing. However, she is stuck cringing and laughing as she reminisces of her past.

As of now, this freshman is in her second year of journalism as a writer. Although she believes her prominent social life is no longer present, the same joy and care from it remains. Her current life revolves around the tennis courts of Eagle Rock High School for team practice, listening to Alternative and Spanish Rock music, and being pushed by her friends to leave her shell.

Joleen is unsure of what the future holds for her, but she finds interest in criminology and psychology. Within a ten year frame, Joleen sees herself residing in the urban depths of San Francisco, satisfied with emotional maturity, an internship, and an apartment. Once life comes to a close, her soul will be found inside the body cavity of a wooly capybara.
