Every year in October, celebrities look forward to Heidi Klum’s halloween party, the biggest and most famous of all celebrity halloween parties. With her love of Halloween, Heidi Klum is also known for her extravagant and over the top halloween costumes–often requiring hours in a prosthetic chair to make them truly come to life. Here are all of her costumes since the end of the pandemic, and some of her best from before.

2025 – Medusa

This year, Heidi Klum walked the red carpet in a grotesque Medusa costume–with her entire body covered in scales and painted green and yellow.

2024 – ET

In 2024, Heidi and her husband dressed in a screen-accurate getup from the movie ET.

2023 – Peacock

Heidi Klum’s 2023 Halloween costume was an elaborate peacock, with many other people serving as the wings of her costume. To go with her costume, her husband was dressed as an egg.

2022 - Worm

At her first halloween party following the pandemic, Heidi Klum came out in her most famous halloween outfit: a worm. This large costume limited almost all of her movement, and took hours to get into. On Halloween, she was photographed lying down on the red carpet.

2006 – Biblical Snake & Apple

One of her earliest costumes in 2006, Klum dressed herself as both the snake and apple from the story of Adam & Eve.

2013 – Old Woman

In 2013, Heidi Klum used prosthetics and makeup on her whole body to age herself into an old woman for Halloween.

2018 – Fiona & Shrek

With her husband in 2018, Heidi Klum became a realistic Fiona & Shrek, complete with a stroller full of baby ogres.
