Lucia Allen-Cannone (she/her) may be a freshman new to ERHS, but she’s not new to the community. She attended Eagle Rock Elementary before middle school, where she participated in the CDI dance program, and has found it easy to re-befriend people.

Here at ERHS, she’s continued with dance, but it’s not her focus. Instead, she has a passion for writing fiction which started in fourth grade, accompanied by an enjoyment of “crappy YA novels”. Equally important, if not more so, is her love for a certain musical artist; Lucia is, in her own words, an “obsessive Swiftie”—who’s even converted her cat Tony to the cause. 

Her debut with the Eagle’s Scream is only the beginning, as her future plans include becoming a journalist. And even though she likes Eagle Rock, she’s already eager to leave California: she’d prefer seasons, snow, and no more nosebleeds.
