Hi, my name is Katherine Guan and I’m a sophomore here at ERHS. For my personal project, I decided to create a photo essay collection of local restaurants. Through photography, my goal is to spread awareness of the cultural diversity we have around Eagle Rock and help support the local businesses as well. From Mediterranean food to Chinese food, and European-inspired dishes, food brings everyone together and allows us to express ourselves. Food is essentially a part of our identity whether it’s related to cultural or personal expression. Hopefully, my project inspires you to explore and enjoy these delicious meals yourself!
