Sumiye Allen (she/her) has a wide range of interests in various areas. She excels at piano, and has been playing the instrument since she was very young. Another extracurricular she works hard in is diving, which she does at the pool at USC. She also enjoys video games, movies, and reading.

Sumi has been dedicated to the Eagle’s Scream since she became a part of it in her freshman year, which was in the middle of the COVID pandemic. She has been working hard as an editor since she was a sophomore, and is now a senior.

Sumi is very close with her family, which consists of her parents, younger brother, and two dogs. She is considering majoring in environmental science, but is open to following whatever future calls out to her.
