Band Familiar Faces performs lunchtime concert in the quad

Instead of the usual music playing from speakers at lunch this Tuesday, ERHS was treated to a special concert by Familiar Faces, an indie rock band based in Long Beach. After their performance, both students and staff who were new to their music had their interests piqued. Here’s some quick info about who they are and what’s to come for their new music:

They’re currently growing their following of over 1300 monthly listeners on Spotify. The band consists of four members who blend modern and classic rock with covers ranging from Coldplay to Tame Impala and Lynyrd Skynyrd. If you want to check them out, they have some singles out, like “Do You Even Love Me” and "Can You Feel My Mind", which both feature punchy lyrics and gritty instrumentation. They're also releasing their first album later this month.
