For those like me who get food from the vegetarian/vegan line a lot of the time, the vegetarian chicken fingers are definitely a common occurrence, so I think it deserved its own review.
The strawberry fruit pop was very good. It was very sweet and had the right amount of tang, with tasty chunks of whole strawberry in it. It was frozen enough to not melt but wasn’t too cold and was very easy to open since there was a little cut already on the package. In my opinion this fruit pop was better than the mixed berry one which was also very good.
Now for the entrée, the chicken fingers, although warm, were a bit stiff and dry but the breading was alright but a bit too salty (nothing ketchup wouldn’t fix). The only thing, probably because they’re fake meat, was that the aftertaste was a bit bland. The bread was also pretty good, the cornmeal on the top was a nice touch and the crust was pretty good for that kind of roll, the only things was that it was a bit to dry and sweet and it compacts down after taking a bit too much and too densely but was still pretty good.
Overall, the milk wasn’t great but no lowfat milk is and I can’t rate it to the driftwood milk because it’s possible they are the same but I certainly prefer the other package 7.9/10. The strawberry fruit pop was very good and better than the mixed berry one especially since it had less bland ice bits 9.7/10. Lastly I think the chicken nuggets and bread was a 7/10. Overall I would rate this meal a 7/10, not the best but certainly good and worth getting.
Yes, this was very...unusual.
i personally believe that the tangy chunky fruit log deserved a 9.8/10 but burn the lowfat milk
