Pet profile: Jimmy

Jimmy, a poodle terrier, has lots of likes and dislikes that he enjoys expressing. The 10-year old goofball loves to play with his possum toy, bark at his canine brother Foster, or lay on someone’s face. In addition to playing, he loves cheese, any kind of human food, and staring at family members to beg for food.

Despite being a lover of many varied things, Jimmy has no problem demonstrating what he dislikes. Loud noises, smoke alarms, and, unlike most dogs, going on walks are some ofJimmy’s least favorite things. He also despises being outside in the rain, dry dog food, and fruit. He’s very picky, but loves to

ask for what he knows he can’t have.

Like lots of other pups, Jimmy was listed on Craigslist for a surprise in a litter of puppies, and when his future mom saw the listing, she immediately went and visitedthe puppies. At first, one of the female puppies was her favorite, but Jimmy instantly snuggled up to her and licked her hand, winning her over.

Before Jimmy, their more senior dog, Foster, had a friend named Guinness who they were fostering, and shortly after Guinness found his forever home, Foster became very depressed. He seemed lonely, so the family was looking for a friend for him. Jimmy provided the perfect opportunity.

All in all, Jimmy is a beloved member of the family. He loves making everyone smile at his goofy antics, and his sweet personality. He’s an opinionated, small but mighty, and overall goofy small pooch.
