Born in Atwater Village, Isabella Chin (she/her) is nothing if not passionate, her love for the arts fueling her pursuit of journalism. Be it through DC comics or intricate galleries, Isabella has a keen eye for talent, and her creativity knows no bounds. Outside of school, she expresses herself in several ways, and not just artistically. A jack of all trades, Isabella thoroughly enjoys history and athletics, demonstrating an astute skill in swimming. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she would pick New York City: an intersection of perspectives, art forms, and opportunities. The city doesn’t sleep– there is always a dream to chase, and you won’t catch Isabella neglecting this opportunity. 

Along with her creative pastimes, Isabella hopes to pursue forensic science at the University of California. Even if her allergies prevent her from interacting with living animals, she won’t be stopped short; a pervasive interest in biology driving her academic career. In a long standing scholarly debate, cowboys versus pirates, Isabella has taken the side of the pirate: further commenting on her adventurous, colorful nature; something that she is eager to share with The Eagle’s Scream.
